Recently, rather than pausing and seating down properly, my wipers are moving up to the maintenance position after use while the car is running (like a 45 degree angle up on the windscreen). From the manual, this appears to be an intended function to service the wipers but only after turning the ignition off. You can't flip them up to change the blades unless they are up and clear of the body panel. But, this should not happen while the car is running, yes? Has anyone seen this before? They randomly seated once, but then when I used them again repeated the problem. it is quite annoying driving with half-cocked wipers.

Check Fuse #15 (I think) in the front fuse box. Likely blown.
