They will sell you the parts from the site, but the prices aren't the greatest.

For us poor soles that still have dial-up, RealOEM is faster to navigate, but what makes BMWfans stand out, IMHO, is it's ability to click on the part number in the right hand column and not only does it show you what other cars the part is used on, but you can drill down to a specific Model, year and build date that the part can be found on.
