I am new to this forum. I just recently traded for a 1991 BMW 318is. it is a nice car. 196,000k miles, moonroof, white paint clearcoat peeling, Black interior w/ leather seats (seats look good but are real stiff tried to soften them up to no avail) ac still works, everything else works only problem is speedometer light is intermitent in instrument cluster. it is a 5 speed car which shifts real smooth. I bought it to be a daily driver. are there any 318is owners in the Raleigh area? I really like this car and I hope I get alot of good service out of this car.

yeah dude i used to have a 318is for bout 5 to 6 years. They are amazing cars, adn it will treat you well....if you treat it well. Change oil often, and all of the fluids. Keep it clean inside and it will run!! congrats and welcome
