I know that -35 is the tempurature when it is unplugged bc it is the default but how and what will i need to get this fixed

first off, the temp sensors are in your brake ducts. you need to check and see if they are there first. one is shaped like a probe, the other a flat disk. after you have verified that they are there, check and make sure the connections are good with no splits in the insulation. most of the time, one or both are gone all together, or they have a bad connection. when i replaced the one i was missing, it took a bit for the obc to calibrate to the temperature. hope this helps.
