I was driving home from work and surprisingly enough, there was hardly any traffic on the beltway. However, it was pouring rain, I mean pouring. It still is raining like crazy out there. So I'm cruising about 60mph in the middle lane, and I glance to my right and see this red Mustang. It grabbed my attention because of the sound, just this beautiful roar. I look towards the bottom and sure enough, the side exhaust. Very nice. We cruised together about 60-65mph for almost 3 or 4 miles, then he had to take his exit. He gave me kind of a "hope it wasn't raining look" and waved off as he took the exit. Too bad, maybe I'll see him around. I would've loved to see his face after I waxed him though:)

Anybody have experience racing one of these beauties? What are specs for these cars? 1320' times?

They have various models, it depends which one you raced. I believe the 360r is capable of high 12's.

This is the website: http://www.roushperf.com/

Well, like I said, it was raining and I couldn't race him. There wasn't much to tell. Obviously the side mufflers, "body kit", it said Roush on the rear. The center section of the rear apron was black. Simply amazing look.

Just too bad I couldn't show him a couple things

The link you provided, it looked exactly like the dark red one.

stage three is a roots blown 4.6 gt sohc motor. puts out around 330rwhp. With the proper driver and decent tires, its capable of mid to high 12s. with some simple mods these cars will haul ass

Yeah, the s/c'ed ones move well (mid-high 12's), the non s/c'ed ones, are high 13's...

LY95, what kind of ride do you have? Roush's are sweet looking cars, but with those 18" tires, supercharged or N/A, they'll have some serious traction problems from a stop. Here's a Roush website www.fnsweet.com if you want to research 'em some more.

StageIII 95 M3 turbo. I was just curious what kind of numbers those cars put down. I can almost guarantee it was supercharged; difficult to tell since it was raining, over my car, and over his exhaust. It wasn't that easy to tell whether it was blown or not, but it looked exactly like the dark red one from the link Sticky provided us.

Either way, it was a beautiful car and the sound was just incredible. Hopefully I run into him sometime this summer...
