i have a 1998 e36 i did the OBD scan comes up i need a o2 sensor i replaced it but still the light stays on any idea. please help

u have 2 sensors on your car, did u replace the correct 1?

try disconecting the battery then connecting it again.that should do it

i replaced the right on
i also disconnected the battery and reconnected same thing
