I've owned this car for the past 6yrs (since 4,000 miles)....and currently has 129K. Car has been BABIED since day one, and has NEVER been in an accident nor does it have one door ding. I've always loved the E36 M3 sedans, and am willing to part with my baby if the right car presents itself. I'm looking for one in either White or Silver w/ relatively the same mileage or less w/o any issues. PM if you'd be interested. I'm located in the NY/NJ area...

It's a 2001.5 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro (5-speed), Brilliant black

Mods:
S4 Nogaro Alcantara/suede interior
S4 Bumper
S4 motor mounts
S4 wheel liner
S4 H&R Street coilovers
Porsche Boxster brakes w/ Audi A8 cross-drilled rotors

GIAC X-chip (Car was crank dyno'd at 225hp/244tq on mustang dyno)
Turbo XS by-pass valve
Neuspeed shortshifter
UUC shift knob
Borla catback exhaust
Evolution motorsports intake

yea I was thinking the same thing.....although this guy wants to trade his 95 M3 for an A4. His car isn't in the greatest condition and has 2 less doors than what I'm looking for.

A 4 door classic!

Had somebody wanting to buy mine from me the other day telling me they only
made them for one year. I Said actually 97 and 98, funny he thought I didn't
know what I had.

Not with any of my M3s. The reason why all my cars are now naturally aspirated is because I'm tired of turbo lag. A 2.0l DSM is too laggy for me, not to mention a 1.8l for the same power output.

Nice looking ride. I love the wheels!

Good luck with your trade. I'd expect higher odds of success if you traded in 2 steps. 1) trade your car for something that an M3 owner would likely want. 2) find an M3 and offer what you traded your car for.

I suggest you use dollars as this intermediate trade item ;)

sell your car and buy a m3 sedan, not many people are gonna want to go from rwd to fwd with less power, worse handling and more weight.
