This is for my father, who is looking for an E30 M3. It doesn't need to be perfect, but can't be a total POS either. The intention is for it to be a daily driver and occasional DE car. We are located in Cleveland, and will travel a couple hundred miles if need be. Looking to spend less than 13k.
