This is an H&R Cup Kit with about 10,000 miles on it. It will fit any 6 cylinder E36 from late 92 to 99. To my knowledge it will fit M3's as well, but please confirm your fitment before buying. It is coming off a 97 328i.

All the pieces are in great shape. It comes with the front and rear struts/shocks, and all 4 lowering springs. It advertises dropping the car 2.1" front and 1.7" rear. It is an amazing street suspension kit, with a very pleasing drop. The reason I am selling is because I want to go lower, and my car doesn't get driven much so I want stiffer springs.

The only thing separating this kit from a new one is that some of the paint has rubbed off some of the coils, making a little bit of surface rust. But with almost all drop springs, it's inevitable. The springs are not affected. Almost all stock springs you remove from a car are going to be the same way.

SOLD!!!!!!!

Here are some pics of the suspension on my 328i:

Darn good price!

What wheels are those? Borbet, ASA, BBS ?

Also, what spoiler is that? I usually see the GT replica's are a little taller, but yours is shorter...more profiled.

It's a LTW replica. The rims in the first pics are BBS RK, and the rest are Azev Type A's.

Why would u switch to that kit especially with the reputation that tein basics have?

What? I've read nothing but good things about the Teins. The H&R's are too soft for the crazy offset I am running now.

IIRC, a few members on here have had the mounts on the CO's rip right off under hard driving conditions.

I didn't think these would fit the M3, but I could be wrong.

Which mounts?

I have found out this Cup Kit won't fit M3's, you are right.

The ride quality is great, very complient. The ride height may be the other issue, it's pretty low but I never scraped the stock bumper and I still haven't scraped the M bumper w/ splitter, but I am careful and FL is pretty flat.

Right now I'd be willing to do $525 shipped. Shipping is going to be at least $50 on these things. Let me know if you are interested. I am installing my Teins on Tuesday or Wednesday so I can get them shipped out this week.

Sale is pending right now but if it falls through I will let you know.

I never had any rubbing even with 4 people in the car when it had the BBS's. With the Azev's, because the offset is 13 (the BBS were offset 38) and they stick out so far, I do rub and that's why I went to coil overs. As long as the rims fit like they are meant to (unlike my Azev's) you will have no issues.

I currently have the sport suspension on my 325I from BMW which is fairly tight. How do these compare? I'm really looking for something between what I have and a PSS9 system. Tell me how these handle under extreme driving.

Thanks,

LG
