Overpriced compare to Davey and SavATree.

We ended up going with SavATree, they are doing considerably more work, but seemed to have the most knowledge about current and future tree conditions.

SavATree seems "RICH". :) I told ya to check out the family owned Shifflett.. they were pretty quick and professional.

Depends on how complex and insurance. Can be scary business.

Jenkins was same price as other service I called, and being an arborist, discussed all the trees/bushs on my property, how high they'd grow, what problems to expect, etc. They did a great job on multiple greens, cleaned up the area perfectly.

Again, I highly recommend them for all the stated reasons. Hope your job was done well,

Pete

The problem with ours is that the trees are HUGE and Jenkins actually had to "contract" part of the job out to someone else.

Savatree is doing nearly 1.5 times the work for 8% more

A lot of smaller companies can't handle a 30" in diameter oak tree.

Shame to cut such a nice sized tree down.

It's dead...we are not cutting down live trees, just removing dead ones as well as some dead lims and reducing the canopy on the others by about 10%.

hope you are getting some wood for a wood stove or fireplace from it.
