Just finished the auto to manual conversion on my 87 e24, and now have no power to the mirrors, heat, or AC systems. Fuses are good. I've tried looking on the web with no help. BTW, I have a few extra 6er items, auto trannys, driveline, etc if anyones interested.
Any ideas? thx in advance.

All of those are grounded through G200 which is located under the driver's kick panel. Did you have it disconnected during the tranny swap?

Do you have a ETM? If not, download a free PDF file of a wiring diagram:

I tried to trace it through the ETM, but can't find the solution. I will recheck the G200 and maybe post a photo of the driver's side under dash (its laying on the floor).
thanks for the reply!'

I will be doing a auto to manual swap on a '78 633. Will the EDM for the '83 633 provide enough info or are there too many differences between the model years?

173rdAbn, I do not mean to intrude on your post but thought it similar enough to include. Thanks.

That, sir, is a $64 question. The EDM I used was sorta, kinda OK. However, my '87 was a production year 10/86, and it is somewhat of a crossover model. If you're lucky, maybe the EDM will be work, but I would find one closer to you car. Before I started, I couldn't even spell BMW and I still have some electrical issues, so that is part of my problem as well. There is a pretty good article w/pics at Dave Kan site on e28planet.
This thing won't let me send the URL!

You may want to it check out. Anyway thats the long answer...Have fun, and keep me posted!
