I have no doubt they would fit. I am by no means a technical person, but Knowing the wheel wells on e46's are a bit bigger, they should have no problem!

The lug spacing should be the same....

Where are you located, we can try and test fit them and make sure they are a go!

Okay I am calling my friend that has a 2003 325ci and I will ask the details. Hes is a pretty knowledgeable guy, so when he calls me back tonite, I will let you know if they will fit or not
