Jayccel 09-29-2007, 11:02 PM Just ordered some Eibach springs and Bilstein HD shocks, and yea, I didn't think they offered that "low" of a drop either. A little too low for me, but good-lookin' ride! Love the wheels :cool
Joe-BMW 09-30-2007, 06:53 AM Too low
Renato 09-30-2007, 07:44 AM Well,maybe it`s too low,but that`s the way i like it.It`s low but very smooth ride,believe me.And it`s not a daily drive car,just for weekends,like my M3.
I drive a Jeep Cherokee week days.
Thanks for your opinion.
Hugs from Brazil
project37 09-30-2007, 12:38 PM Nice looking ride. I personally like the look of the drop you have on your car. It would not work very well on the roads around my area thou.

85rx12a 10-06-2007, 06:41 PM sick ride any pics under the hood... im going to look at a 1996 740 this weekend i may be trading my 525i for. love the wheels and the tuck.
Renato,
Nice ride brotha! As for the drop, luv it! Rims, no comment.
As for the 285's in the front, thats mad crazy and at first I
thought you was full of it. But I noticed you removed your
wheel housings/moldings to make it possible without having
rubbing issues. Hell I used to rub slightly while in reverse
with 245/45/20 installed in my fronts. Any-who, keep that
ride clean and represent for us 7er's down in Brasilia papa!
e34fanatik 10-07-2007, 01:48 PM where did you get your tails from? i have the smoke and red on my 97 but i'm just loving yours. ebay?
and as for the drop:buttrock. i love the look

Rayon 01-24-2008, 08:53 AM I want to see it, but can't from my work computer!!!
AwesomeIsLuke 01-24-2008, 11:29 AM Damn, that is low. A little too low for my taste, but we all have different preferences.
Nice car though, I love it!
Zentopia 01-24-2008, 11:57 AM Renato...
Nice job. Your 7 looks hot.
I have a similar thing going on. 255/30 21x9 in the front with 295/25 21x10 in the back...dropped and tucked. I have those 5 spoke BMW rims that come on the X5, and on some of the new 7 series.
At first I didnt like them, but the grew on me really quick! The ride is a not as smooth as OEM rims for the E38, but man do they look insane. They dont rub even when the wheel is cranked all the way over, and they have yet to bottom out on me going over bumps.
I need just a few more posts here and I will be able to post up pictures of them.
Rayon 01-24-2008, 12:33 PM Just saw your pictures. Looks great man!
I would never consider cutting my springs, but your drop is nice.
victoriabmw27 01-24-2008, 04:16 PM The drop is a little much for me, but its still i nice lookin car man. Those wheels are really growing on me to.
Swordsman 01-24-2008, 04:30 PM It's hard to believe that's a '96. Looks awesome!
victoriabmw27 01-24-2008, 04:33 PM Swordsman i really like that car, orient blue is my favorite color
ProStreetDriver 01-24-2008, 08:35 PM wow man that car looks amazing!
burn740i 01-24-2008, 09:49 PM I'm interested to see some pics when you can get them up, I may have scored a free set of "22's from work today and I'm curious to see how they fit.
