I thought I'd pass this on, I found their add in craigslist and decided to give them ( http://home.importsautomotive.com/ ) a try. Three pulls with afr's for only $45 on a dynojet. Call them if you want to schedule a dyno and get their new address since they just recently moved. They're located in Concord.

Thanks for the info... I haven't done one a while.

I just had my car dynoed there today. Really cool guys and cheap too, $45 for three runs cant beat that.

Boracay you must be the M3 they dynoed a few days ago. Auto right? They told me about it. How much did you put down and what are your mods? I'm trying to compare my numbers with other M3s from the same place.

EDIT: I see your sig now,

Hella EURO XENON Angel Eye Headlights
ASC delete/Samco elbow
3.91 LSD
Dinan Transmission chip
UUC RSC36 exhaust
HP 208/TQ 203

Are those the numbers you got? Are they STD or SAE?

Yup that's what I pulled. On the dyno printout it says STD, I posted it up on the dyno sheet library. How did you do on your pulls?

STD is what you pulled on the dyno given the current conditions (temp/altitude/humidity).
SAE is corrected at preset conditions (temp/altitude/humidity) so it can be compared to someone that dynoed under different condition. These are the numbers you want.

STD: 210whp/199wtq
SAE: 205whp/194wtq
CRANK: 240hp/228tq - just like new after 174,000 miles. I think thats pretty damn good.

1995 M3, 174k miles, 100% stock with 18” wheels, and really hot engine. If the car was a little cooler and with 17” wheels maybe my numbers would’ve been a little higher still I’m really happy with the numbers.

^^^ Thanks for the explanation.

Wow... those numbers are great considering the mileage and age of the car.

I need to get my old dyno printout. I think it was 211hp-208tq with exhaust, but not sure if STD or SAE.

How do you get crank reading?

Thanks.
It should say on the printout if it’s STD or SAE. Usually shops give you the STD since most of the time it has the higher reading.
For the crank hp I used this program. I don’t know how accurate it is but so far it’s been pretty good for me.

I got my car dynoed there over a year ago with a group and we had a good time.
