Hey i dont want to pay a crazy amount for an intake for my M5. Do you guys know of any places that sell them for a decent price. I would even buy a used one if someone had one for sell..... thanks in advance for you help

I thought the stock dual intakes was pretty nifty- what else do you need?

Its for my buddies m5 he wanted me to find him one for his car. I think he wants a little more PEP. Having lots of HP is always nice

The stock intakes aren't ideal for drawing in cold air since it grabs air from behind the bumper and pinches down when it crosses over the bumper mounts. The DIY way is to redirect the intake for colder air, here is a pic of how I attached them to the brake ducts.

This is similar to the AA setup except.

You won't gain any HP but you won't lose as much when it gets hot out.

I did change out the filters to AEM dry cone filters. I did a back to back dyno testing and gained 7-8 whp with the filters.
