Local 318is for sale $3,000..many parts(including spare M42 w/clutch&flywheel) several sets of wheel, also a parts car...if desired


So it's looking promising that I'll be getting a scholarship to study in Morocco in January. After that I'll be transferring to American University of Beirut, Lebanon in the fall. I just picked up a really nice 85 saab 900 that will get me by until I leave.

Here's the deal, I'd like to sell everything as a package to someone but I'm willing to negotiate if the buyer doesn't want all of the items.

I have a 1994 318is chassis/shell with 84k original miles. The engine is an M42 from my 92 318is. The engine has 89K original miles and is in perfect running order with oil changes with synthetic oil every 3k miles.

The back story....my car was wrecked by my sister.....I picked up a shell from a gentleman who was parting it out. He had a built M42 that was supercharged with a Downing Atlanta charger...he felt he would make more money parting it than selling it outright. He got tired of parting it and it sat until I picked it up.

~Dinan chip...revs to 7000rpms, eliminates governor, adds something like 20horse...ask and I'll check on the details

~UUC polyurethane/aluminum transmission mounts
~most bushing have been replaced with polyurethane...will have to check on what hasn't
~Racing Dynamics adjustable front and rear sway bars
~B&M short shift kit...shifter and selector rod...its short
~Momo shift knob
~3.45 Limited Slip Differential
~M3 Clutch, flywheel,slave cylinder, master cylinder...feels beautiful...no slip..ever
~Zimmerman cross drilled rotors with PBR Ultimate Kevlar/ceramic pads...less than 2k miles on them...
~Brake calipers painted silver with Dupont caliper paint
~Cosmos cold air intake
~Vorshlag wheel stud conversion, 57 or 60mm studs...I can check
~color matched side skirts
~20% tint all around...very clean tint job
~M3 factory flat spoiler Boston Green...aka non arched

THE INTERIOR is a bit of a combination of the two cars...two shades of tan, and the headliner is now coming down slightly. HOWEVER I will gladly have the headliner redone and the panels dyed...I was going to do these things anyway.
THE EXTERIOR has a few dents and dings...a couple cracks in the side skirts from the previous owner not jacking it up correctly....exterior looks very good from even ten feet

~18x8" Millie Miglia EV-R wheels, Hankook K106 225-40/18 two tires are good
~17x7.5" Double spoke one Motorsports...factory 95 M3 wheels..I have dismounted the tires which are Michelin pilot sports in great shape...225/45 I believe...and I began refinishing the wheels, I've prepped two for paint/powdercoating and just need to sand blast the other two
~Also have a set what I believe are the nicest 15" bottle caps BMW made...they currently have Blizzaks on them...but my not be worth another winter
~Various sets of other bottle caps...some with good tires

~A spare M42 from a 1995 318is...115k miles on the engine, with a flywheel and clutch disc

~Finally...I also have a 1992 318is parts car with many many good parts still on it....its your if you want it.



ASKING $4,000 obo for EVERYTHING...this is my leaving the country fire sale...would ideally like a buyer who is down to take everything, but I will negotiate.

Will take $3,000 for just the car with bottle caps...and an extra set of bottle caps to mount winter tires if you want.

Pics are pre Zimmerman cross drilled rotors and painted calipers, and pre factory M3 spoiler...when the car was very dirty. I have more pics that I can't seem to resize. Ask and I'll send you more pics, including pics of the parts car which you can see in the background.

I'm in the Harrisburg Pennsylvania area. my zip is 17003. I may have someone coming this weekend for the front end clip...but I have a lot of stuff...rear bumper, window regulators, sunroof motor, sunroof, steering wheel and air bag, mirrors, locks, etc etc. you're welcome to come and scavenge. Obviously priority goes to a potential buyer however.

Yeah a few people online, and I have some local interest. As well as a friend who needs to sell his car first (which everyone knows how that goes) and another friend who has cash but travels A LOT for work, so he's not sure if he wants to by mine or a an EL cheapo for the winter. Just let me know.

ALSO....I have had the notorious 40mph shimmy, I got the car up on a lift and it is of course the all to common failed flex disc...aka the guibo. SO a new flex disc and a new center bearing will be in buy Monday.

The front clip(sunroof forward) is now sold from the parts car...Millie Miglia's are pending sale as well. Original asking price will be adjusted and negotiated accordingly. Make an offer. Still have the back half of the parts car, many parts, and several sets of wheels and tires including stock 95 M3 double spoke 1 motorsports, as well as the spare M42
