After a burst of fantastic customer service I can't seem to get in touch with anyone at Autogeek.
I was shipped a free MF towel with one of my orders and it is like heaven so I wanted to order more but I can't find them on their site.
I emailed=no reply
I tried calling (x3) left a message once and got voice mail two more times.

I also pm'd Rob with a couple questions w/o a reply.

Did you do all that withing an hour, or over a span of a couple days? If it hasn't been more then an hour or two, relax. If its been a couple days, then yeah thats pretty effed up. Let us know either way and when they do get back to you because I hate that kinda shi*.

No the first pm was 8/28 all the way to the last phone call this morning.

I think I remember reading on their site that they were moving to a new building. That might have something to do with it. :dunno
