If only it were so. With two major vendors being extremely late in delivering goods to evosport, we have only one car complete (mine) and it goes on the dyno tonight. With no track time to sort out issues, we are not going to make the trip with only one car. Our grand plans have been bitten by the vendor bug. Maybe next year, where we can try and hit Mt. Tremblant, Mostport and Watkins Glen if they work out in the schedule. I'm really bummed. :(

After we leave the SCCA Nationals in Topeka on Friday night, Brian and I will be out at MSR on Saturday and Sunday to meet some of you folks. We'll also be running our V8 E36 at the autocross event at Mineral Wells on Monday and Tuesday. 1.5 mile autocross courses are not uncommon here.

Bar-b-q is nice and all but if you've never sampled Tex-Mex, you have to try it (we locals eat it many times per week).

I understand there was a change in their plans and the Monday and
Tuesday DEs will NOT be using the 3.1 mile course. I'm bummed too.

We had a similar situation last week...diff blew on Sunday. Dan had a 4:45 out his door first thing Monday morning to be polished and had the new diff down to RRT on Wednesday for install. Amazing work. Wouldn't have made Road Atlanta without it!

Diff Dan is the man. He's been lending hands and sourcing parts for my new car for me since I've been getting run ragged building a sweeeeet new car in time for the Glen. Y'all should skip O'fest and come check it out...:stickoutt

Haven't heard from Sean in week or so, but he was still looking for a motor then. Vern didn't have time to get his new motor installed and broken in.
Riley sold his car.

There's still quiet a few IP/DM/CM cars to keep it interesting though.

My participation in O'fest this year is less likely than I've been led to believe up until today. At this point, I would say 50:50 as best case scenario....and that may be extremely optimistic. I'll keep my fingers crossed though! :)
