This coming Sunday on the 30th, there will be a gathering at the RPI fieldhouse at 10:30 AM. There will be a route which we will drive. I am not sure which one but it should take quite some time. Bring walkie talkies!

...but I'd rather be out on the open road driving the whole time instead of driving for 120 seconds, then standing around for an hour until my next run comes up. :embarrasm

Oh I hear ya on the limited seat time at autox. I haven't done an autox since 2004 (when I discovered DE's), but since my time is limited I want to get as much seat time as possible. Plus autox is a great place to explore the limits of your car and it's setup in a safe/comfortable environment. I got 1 track day in this year with the current setup (at WGI), and was not comfortable exploring the car's new handling characteristics at those speeds. Autox this sunday should be perfect.....as long as the weather holds out.

Sunday should be clear skies last I checked. Chance of rain on Saturday though.

Take Photos, get introduced, etc... Plz be courteous around RPI... We lost our meeting location LAST year, cause someone pulled into the parking lot @ RPI too fast...

Leaving RPI, heading up RT 2 into MASS and the Journey begins...
Route after is unknown, Generally ~280miles for the round trip, Possible stop and climb of Mount Greylock... Normally turns north into VT and back to Bennington Monument; Another Photo Opportunity.. Go back to Albany, and hit up the Berlin Loop...


Normally around 5-7pm when finished...

Your Car (BMWs, Subaru's preferred)
A Camera

And a gas can for Cheap VT gas!
