I have a ZF 5-speed transmission that has been sitting in my garage for about 3 months out of a 97 m3. The trany is great shape except for one of the mounting ears being broken. Other than that it is as solid as a rock. Car had 82k when trany was removed. $520 shipped anywhere in the US and $450 picked up. I will add pictures later on.
Willing to trade for AA track pipes.

shipping to 80120? and will that broken ear affect the mounting of the tranny?

The broken ear will not effect the mounting of the trany. The weight of the trans sitting on to of the cross member holds it down. You will still be able to use trans mounts, but when installing the transmission you just have to hold the mount in place while you torque it down.
