I purchased a set of Projector39's from Umnitza this week, and got a chance to install them today. I was impressed with the quality and fit of the Depo headlights this kit is built on, and the Xenon upgrade I got was an easy install and looks great! Umnitza's angel eyes are fantastic and really stand out; looks a lot like the newer OEM BMW technology.
But the best part of my buying and installation experience was the service and quick response I got from Umnitza. I had a couple of questions before I made the purchase and was very pleased with the answers provided that helped me make my decision, but it didn't end with me spending my money. I started reading the online instructions and other information about the lights I purchased, and had a few questions in preparation for beginning the install. I got fast, accurate answers to my questions, and it seemed like the folks at Umnitza didn't sleep. I sent questions after midnight (EST) and actually got answers back! Not the next day, but that night! That's good customer service. I had a couple of minor questions while I was completing the install; again, quick answers with no attitude, just consideration that I needed help.
I liked Umnitza's service so much that I've already made another order, and will be a customer for as long as I'm in the BMW "Game". I would recommend the company and staff at Umnitza to any BMW enthusiast!!! Umnitza :buttrock

I just received and installed the clear (non-LED) tails that I bought from Umnitza to finish the face-lift on my 528. The lights fit perfectly and look very good. I got the lights on Monday after ordering them Thursday night. This project (headlights and tails) was my first using Umnitza. I was very pleased with their communications and shipping, and when the products arrived they were exactly what I expected. I appreciate the service I got from them and will be a repeat customer in the future.
