2002 330i. Do you have any recommendation for tires? The car came with Continental "Contitac" tires.
Looking for a tire that is somewhat quiet, decent mileage, and all around performance, all season.
Anybody have any input on Bridgestone Potenza's?

What do you like about them? How are they in the wet and how long are they lasting for you? I'm in the same spot as the OP.

Thanks!

:woot: Dude, for all-season ultra-high performance there are really only two real choices out there. Either the Toyo Proxes 4 M&S or the Pirelli P-Zero Nero M&S. I've run both for quite some time and I usually average around 40K per set of tires. Their pretty decent in ice as well as snow. Just my two and a half cents worth. Happy Motoring...

... all-season, ultra-high performance .....

I'm pretty sure this is an oxymoron.

The bridgestone potenza REO50 is an excellent tire, really top notch If you want to spend that kind of money. THey aren't cheap. I found that the contisportcontact II did really good in rain, and lasted quite a long time for the price, I think it is a steller tire for what you want it for.

I put the Yokohama Avid (I can't remember the exact tire now) on my sister's car and they are a good tire. THey last a lot longer than the Khumo ASX and she hasn't had any issues with them. That is a true performance all season tire. Yokos have a tendency to be loud though, I know the ES100 is very loud.
