Some of the rules

All drivers must hold a valid drivers license to participate
You need a Snell 2000 or later helmet. If you are buying a new helmet, get a Snell 2005 rated model.
Convertibles are allowed.
The registration fee is $30 for BMW CCA members and $40 for non BMW CCA members. BMW CCA membership is $40.
Only registered drivers are allowed to ride as passengers.
The autocross will run rain, shine or snow. Participants of previous events can attest to this. We have great fun in torrential downpours.
Registration and tech inspection is from 8:00am - 9:00am on the day of the event.
First car off at 10:15am.Everyone will get six runs and we hope to finish by 4pm.

I showed up alittle late. lostkhan i seen your car, but i wasn't sure who you were. I hung out for like a half hour talking to some dude with a grey e30 m3. It must have been pretty kool to run in the rain. Just not fun to hangout in the rain. Anyone take pics? There another 1 next week same place.

you are correct. pca is running this saturday at nassau coliseum and scca is running at riverhead raceway

Same time and same fees? I'm sorry for all those dull questions but that would be my first auto-x thingy and I have totally no knowledge how to go about it whatsoever.
