I like that car, we do not get them in the states, however the only thing i can think of is they have sub-frame issues. what year and how many miles.

Subframe issue on e90? I believe you are thinking e46.

It always throws me when I see a car called a "Saloon". It seems like there would be alcohol served in the car...
