The more the marrier... I was told that there will be food, giveaways, contests and representatives there. Last time, they had mechanics on hand to read/reset cE lights and they put some cars up on the lift to let the representatives answer questions for the crowd.

Circuit City address for the West Palm Beach caravan.

To get to Circuit City in West Palm Beach you have to come on I-95 south. Look for Okeechobee Blvd exit. Go west on Okeechobee.Circuit City is right next to the exit on the right hand side; you can actually see the building from I-95.
Coming on Turnpike? Then you take Okeechobee Blvd exit and go east all the way to I-95. Circuit City will be on the left hand side.

If you want to meet us in West Palm for the Circuit City caravan don't take aligator alley. Take state road 70 west until state road 710. 710 to Military trail. From that point you can hop on 95 south for a few exits to Okeechobee Blvd. Exit east and the Circuit City is your first right.

It takes about 2.5 hours from Sarasota to the Okeechobee exit in WPB. I am from Sarasota so I make the drive frequently.

BTW, I should have posted this a long time ago, but better late than never, right?

There are a few known places in WPB for speed traps on the highway. The ones I know of are:

I95 northbound, under the belvedere overpass. As youre coming around to the left, theres a shady spot underneath the overpass that FHP sits 50% of all mornings. Weekends might not be as bad, but don't get caught.

Also, both northbound and southbound on I95 through the Boca area there are a bunch of similar locations, and FHP loves them because they just made them "enhanced speeding fine zones". Sorry I can't give more of a specific description, but theyre all over down there. A few Sundays ago I almost got tagged northbound right before Linton.

Last, about the middle of Alligator Alley on I75 FHP has been known to setup traps.

Hope everyone stays safe out there - no reason for the cops to bust up our party. I won't be criticizing anyone for driving the speed limit, thats for sure.

I just came back from the event after having some lunch. It was fun a lot of nice cars there. Can't wait for the next one

just got back aswell.. Had lunch with M3Jon and his brother...

was really fun. Some amazing cars... the turnout was just as good, if not better than the last AA open house...

It was great to see those Classics... that 2002 turbo was amazing, as was the B6 Alpina.

The only people i recognized off of BFC were Kevlar and Hoorah, couldnt figure out who everyone else was, and i didnt just wanna walk around asking "Hey, are your from Bimmerforums?"

I know, some really clean cars there. My favorite was the E46 ZCP Interlagos blue with the AA S/C and gold BBS wheels. The 2002 was very nice.

What a great event. Thanks goes out to Kevlar, BMW of North America and Ft. Lauderdale BMW for their time and efforts. Good job, guys.

Nah, I didn't crash it once actually. I did decent on it, lol.

i didnt realize the meet was so early... i got there a bit late but still saw some nice cars.. that silver e30 m3 was very very nice...I didnt know Kev was involved in putting this together ( i thought it happened every year). Props to him!! I shouldve arrived earlier.

I got there really late, my friend decided he wasn't going past 80MPH (and he has a V1), and missed the Sawgrass exit. This was my first trip over 50miles in the Z4, and I did all 400miles (roundtrip) topless and loved it.

Next time, we should wear BFC tags or something.

Its mine, but I cant take credit for building it, Ive only put a new set of floor mats, //M valve caps, and given it a real good detail. The previous owner did a great job making it as close to a sport evo as possible, while still maintaining all the original parts. Its definitely one of my favorites.
