Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jim and the rest of the team at the Tire Rack. A hunk of semi tire killed my PS2 on Thursday at lunch. I left a message for Jim and he called me back w/in 15 minutes. Ordered the tire ~2 on Thursday and it was waiting for me on my doorstep when I got home from work on Friday. Saved my weekend and really took the stress out of a shitty situation.

I've ordered ~4 sets of tires from tire rack and they have earned every set. I will give them a lot more business for years to come!
