Seatbelt wont retract all the way any ideas for a quick fix or do I need a new one? Its for the drivers seat.

Is this what I need if its not repairable?

I had the same problem with mine for months
As weird as it sounds, I went on vacation for a weekend and my car sat in the hot sun with the windows up for several days... when I came back my seatbelts worked great and it's been over a year since with no problems.
Weird? Yes...

mine doesnt retract all the way either, i "help" it out by moving it up so it can finish the job. It doesnt bother me enough to want to take the interior apart to fix it.

I have the same problem with mine, I just retract it slowly at a constant speed.
