325e short engine, Euro/Australian 320i or 323i head, 325i camshaft. 325i manifolds, engine loom, ECU and injectors.
Don't use the 325i head as it will drop the compression too much. The 320i/323i head (731 casting) has the same chamber volume as the Eta head so will retain the stock compression. You'll have about 160 bhp and lots of torque.

you can buy mine, however its probably more than you are looking to spend, 1000+ dollars.

its not 100 percent complete, just lots of GOOD condition parts, 323i 13 pound flywheel, forged crankshaft, super eta rods and pistons, I head, both i manifolds, thermostat housing, most sensors (should buy new regardless), all the crap in the front like the harmonic balancer. No AC, power steering, or alternator, since i wont sell those or the wiring harness for liability issues.
The head is complete, its just not assembled in that pic, and the timing cover is on the ground :P

You should've looked at the classifieds. I just sold mine last weekend from this forum: http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=822957. Try craigs list too.
