I occassionally look on the uk ebay site (I can't read german) and stock lights seem to go fairly cheap. Are the glass stock lenses in the UK hella or zkw?

Becareful there is a seller on Ebay that is advertising Hella headlights yet they are plastic. I don't understand why this is but I asked the seller for confirmation. I think he thought the US OEM headlights were made by Hella so listed it as Hella actually they might be DEPO.

The price isn't bad at all, pretty decent price. Although a few less dollars here and there wouldn't hurt. :shifty

Thanks for the heads up on left handed lights.

you wouldn't want UK lights as they drive opposite side of the road... so lighting pattern will be reversed. any other European market lights should be ok though.

This can be easily fixed. The left handed up-tick with the UK projectors is simply caused by a small metal piece located inside of the projector that's shaped like the diagram below:

UK Projection: \___\___

US Projection: ___/___/

All you have to do is take the headlamps apart (very easy), take that metal piece (triangle shaped) and cut the up-tick off, making your cutoff clean like that of many Land Rovers/Jaguars/Lexus, etc: ____ ____
