I installed a set of ZKW's a while ago. I tried to aim them correctly; however, I find that the driver's side headlight is aimed much too high. The right side is just fine.
The problem is, the driver's side headlight is already set as low as it can go using the knobs above the headlight. Any suggestions? If pictures are necessary, i'll try to take some.
Thanks.

show some pics from inside the car and post some of the headlight with the hood open, one standing above the light with the hood open will be great.

take a hex key and look around the headlight right between the rear of the high and low beam enclosure there should be a knob where you can pop a hek key in and turn it left or right turn that bitch until your cutoff goes down make sure to have lights on and face the car against a wall during the dark

Sure, I'll have those up by tonight.

I tried that and it still didn't help. You're talking about the knob at the back of the headlight with the rough edges?

The two plastic hex bolts above the headlight are turned as far out as possible.
Thanks for the help. :)

see that nob in the bottom right? turn it to the left and it will loosen your healdight up and down. there is a little screw in there that connects to the headlight bracket on the inside. you need to take that nob/screw out from the back. make it shorter (so it doesn't stick into the headlight much, by tightening it) then place it back in. when you put it in. it slides into a small slot into the headlight bracket. hope this helped. hard to show without pics or a phone. any questions and u can AIM me HeresMyMind

The passenger side's plastic tabs are not pulled out that far; that is correct.
I would say the headlights sit pretty well. I usually gauge that by how well the corner lights fit....
In the image, the beam does look a little bit too high.... but when drive, it sucks because I know I'm irritating drivers/pedestrians. :embarrasm
Let me know if you want more pictures. Thanks, habbie. :)

Thanks for the input. :)
I'll wait on what habbie says before I'll make that modification, though. Definitely something to think about....
