I just ordered some smoked corner lights and as I read from a couple of threads, It says the stock lightsbulbs in the corner lights are amber and I also read somewhere else, and I cant find it again for the life of me, that you can paint chrome over the lightbulb to make it not amber. Could you do this?

The stock bulbs are not amber, but they need to be once you get clear corners.

you can't paint on chrome, you can use silver to get the same look.

or you could just go to autozone and get the sylvania bulbs that are amber but have a silver coating on the outside.
there like 10 bucks a pair

Or you can buy chrome bulbs that light up amber.

I just put amber bulbs in my smokes. They dont look too bad at all. I had the Stealth bulbs in there (silver glass, light up amber) but one bulb broke and im too cheap to buy another set.

The stock bulbs light white, if you leave them in your corner will be white and illegal. YOu either must find some stealth bulbs or pick the the amber bulbs at pep boys or the like

Stealth look better, but I can easily deal with mine now
