I really don't know what model it is, there are not many markings on it other then the sticker that says "www.bmwsecuritysystems.com" which is no longer the site that it was when I bought this. I bought this from http://www.unitedautosecurity.com/, but now it looks like that have an updated model.

Yes, it should work, but if for any reason it doesn't, I'd be happy to provide a refund. The alarm comes with two key fobs.
