View Full Version : Depo Install.
PG256 09-06-2007, 10:27 PM I just got my depo's w/ HID and Angel Eyes from habbie. I was wondering how the wires all connect. I've got the old light out and just need to plug everything in, but am not sure what plugs into what.It looks like the high beams hook up to the HID box thing, but then there are two more plugs coming out of the headlight, and I'm not sure which one to plug in. Also with these other two wires there is a grey wire. Is that a grounding wire? or something for the A.E.'s? where does it go.
thanks

PG256 09-06-2007, 11:18 PM That site doesn't really tell you what to plug into what unless I'm missing something. Do you have a wiring diagram?

plug circled in red gets plugged into the high beams right. and the one circled in green gets plugged into the normal lights right? Do you not used the un-circled plug? And is the Grey wire a ground or what?

then put those bulbs in your fogs(first time you turn them on leave them on for at least 12-15 minutes) and put the old fog bulbs in the high beams and you are done.

PG256 09-10-2007, 11:01 PM Finally got around to taking some pics, But they don't do the lights justice. I got the matching fog light bulbs from habbie but they still look like halogens to me. I ran them for 15 min the 1st time so I'm not sure whats up.

Vanos01 09-13-2007, 05:33 PM so how hard would you rate the install? How long total time did it take?
Looks great though btw!! :)

Not hard at all. It took me a little longer because I wasn't sure about the wiring. but if you know what your doing and have the right tools, it should take no more than an hour. It helps if you read the removal of stock headlights thread stickyed at the top of the lighting forum, so you know what your doing. and for wiring you can just look through this thread and see what I did. I recomend buying from Habbie, great products and fast shipping, he helped me out with all the problems also.
