I'd just like to say that I ordered smoked lights from Bekkers and I have still not recieved them. I ordered them back on the 14th of febuary and I have called them twice since placing my order. My first call was to see where my lights were and they said they are on a 1-2week back order. So 1 almost 2 weeks go by and I call them back and they said oh It'll probably be another week or 2. This is driving me nuts and the thing is that on their website when I ordered it they never said they were out of stock or on back order. I guess they will get here when they get here lol

I've got to back them up a bit, their head cheese is away on personal business, that may have affected their ability to consolidate some shipments or orders.

I had a bad experience with them too....bought the lightweight glove box CF panel from them - it de-laminated a couple of months later....the sales rep told me to give Jos (the owner) a call and he would make it right....after 5 (yes 5) calls - each in escalating urgency over 6 weeks (yes 6), no return call or any response from anyone over there. I just finally gave up. Since then, I have been able to find the same stuff from other vendors for lower prices. A general thumbs down for them.

i've been hearing a lot of negative things about them in the past year concerning service, and surprisingly (or not), it usually seems to be about lighting products. they just must not stock those items or something. and i agree with jblack, you can usually find what they sell cheaper else where.
Lance325is, cancel your order and order the smoked ones from nopionline.com (yea, for reals). the smoked ones they sell are made by in.pro. i have a pair on my car and my friend had a pair on his past e36 m3.

I ordered a set of clear corners on Dec. 15th, and to date, I'm still waiting. They shipped me the left one couple of weeks ago w/o any explanation as to where the right one was. After few days of constant calling, they finally told me it was on backorder w/o a definite day. Very poor customer service in my case.
