any help would be great. I know i heard such good things about gault and then my first experience with them was so bad.

when i first posted my experience I was told that Gault used to be alot better but the person running the 8 dept orginally is no longer there. but in short what happened was I was told my order would go out on thursday I waited for a tracking number when one didn't come I waited until monday afternoon california time I called and was told "OH" we couldn't find a box to fit your parts. for me to have to call 4 days after my order was supposed to be shipped and find out they couldn't find a box the least they could of done was sent me an email. Also I emailed them the next day to say if my item wasn't shipped please cancel my order I didn't get any response. then the next day I get an email saying my order has been shipped a full 24 hours after i asked to cancel the order. I also was never sent an email letting me know how much shipping would be which they promised too when I placed the order. and they never returned one email or sent an explanation. I sent at least 5 emails asking for details. i

Charlie Spears there has always done good followups for me via email of both inquiries and orders. This one sounds like it fell through the cracks and hopefully it's an isolated situation. I'd give'm another shot.

Well I could see one maybe two emails following through the cracks. but SIX emails and not one reply and mind you these are emails on seperate days. If he had replied even once to say sorry for not letting me know he wasn't shipping my product. I mean when I called him he assured me my parts would go out that day and then again they still did not go out until two days later.
