im in UTI with Steve, whos brother is Mike who works at Dez. he says he didnt think his brother did dyno days on sundays. just checking on this and making sure, if its all good, ill ask for the day off and itll be all set.

I am thrilled to see an incredibly local event!!! I am a newbie to the BMW scene and conveniently less than five minutes from Seekonk Speedway. I will gladly be there with my recently acquired 1988 M6. She is a former show winner from Virginia, in most original class. Hope to have Miller MAF in the car by then. email: jeff@brownadvisors.com. I may be able (going out on a limb) and offer a guest room for Sat night if anyone needs it (subject to spouses' approval, its now 5:30 am) and or help with accomodations down here. mods are in the sig :D. and thanks man, itll be more when there isnt several packs of clutches, a viscous coupling, and several over sized gears slowing everything down. no wonder they call it a slushbox.

after taking Manual Powertrains in UTI i find it strange that the gearboxes in the M's are ratio'd where the over drive gear isnt actually an over drive, its 1:1. which would put the Euro 6spd at .88:1 for over drive and 1:1 for 5th... thats wierd :shifty.

I will upload my dyno sheet later, but my RWHP was 232 and I can't remember the torque off the top of my head.

Engine Mods: Euro intake (with K&N panel filter), 3.5" MAF, Dinan T-body, Shrick cams, 24# injectors, ERT chip, and Borla exhaust.

Paul, I'm glad you made it out! Sorry I didn't get any pics/video of your car. My memory card was full by then.

Also, you're car sounded great on the dyno.....and feels great too.:evil2
