I think it is normal.On left side you have opposite traffic, so no reason to blind it, when on right side you should have better view.

Correct, left side is lower then the right side, the right side is elevated on US Spec cars to illuminate the side of the road (pedestrians, signs, etc) On Euro Spec cars it's the opposite

Correct. THis is our third car (Saab 9-3, Infiniti G35 and Z4) with Xenons and all are the same.

yeah your doing great! Also some have aimed the left headlight alittle higher to see better.

Any time we get a new car, or have a rental for an extended period of time, this is one of the first things we do. It's amazing how badly some people aim their lights.
