This is a BMW Roundel horn button kit that will fit Momo and Sparco 6-screw steering wheels. Maybe others too.

Works fine. The plastic is shiny and scratch/crack free but there are a couple of small bubbles at the edges under the plastic. They can be seen in the pic.
