Hi guys,
I just bought a 1994 525td (e34) and I was only given a set of simple keys....no alarm fob. After closer inspection under the bonnet, I discovered an alarm siren. It is a sigma one but no trace of the alarm CPU.
Anybody knows where the CPU is located?
I know some E34 have Alpine alarms under the back seat but in my car there is no alarm box there. I only see an airbag sensor box in the middle and 2 boxes looking a bit like videotapes one of which is the ABS, and the othes who knows what.....but not an alarm CPU for sure.
The other thing is that the color of the cables coming out of the siren are 2 purple and 2 red-white ones, but no such cables can be found under the rear seat. I followed the cables coming out of the siren until the fuse box where the go deep and i cant see anything in there.
Any Ideas?
