Closing on a house this week. Now I finally see how much freak'n paper work it takes to close a house, alot. Wife and I bought a house in Lewisville which is our first house. I'm excited about getting rid of crappy apartments. The two cross streets are Bellaire and Edmonds. West of 35 and North of Corporate. The address is 801 Meadowlark. Lots of real tile and wood not the fake stuff. House comes with a working hot tub and wooden deck. Lots of palm trees. Home doesn't really feel like a typical Texas home. Garage is 23x20.

Thanks guys, not sure about the first keg party at the house. Bought a tap for my keg so I wont need anything but filling the keg no more deposits. I'm driving to Plano tomorrow to drop off the first check paying for something forgot what it was called interest, escrow or something. Get the keys last week of september. Lots of parking its on the corner of a street.

Now I'll be back in Dallas and close to the action so I can finally hang out again.

Oh I have an A/C question. Its got the old school A/C heat elec. Its 1780sqft would a 3.5 ton unit work good ? My parents have one laying around. Also needs a new garage door and opener.

Cool lets go out and drink the 4 of us. Hows that area ? It looked nice and last night I parked at the house and just sat there in the dark watching and listening and didn't see anything crazy. It was actually really quiet. Dont have the keys yet so I just sat outside.

Coming out of the neighborhood was a purplish civic with yellow high beams and bright HID low beams. Was driving pretty close behind me for awhile then a cop passed and tapped his brakes to bust a U. Soon as the cop touched his brakes that civic was gone down some side road it was pretty funny.

decent neighborhood.. north of bellaire you start to get a little ghetto but not too bad.. mostly messican... but your area is nice, and central park is always kickin... we'll definitely go hang out... btw, she laughed when i got a penis IM on XBL from you hahah

smart-thinker here.

House was built in 1978. The tile and wood is about 3 years old. The carpet is few months old. The windows have been replaced with modern stuff. The patio door was changed to a french door. The Masterbedroom door was modified to a french door. The kitchen appliances are probably 2000+ but the dishwasher looks pretty old which is only old thing I found in the place. All the light fixtures have been updated. House came already wired for fiber optic that Verizon fios. THe previous owner had a foundation repair company so the foundation is perfect with lifetime warrante. They also brought in alot of dirt to change the angle and level of the yard.

Topher: lol yah the penis was a surprise. Where are you looking at moving? Have you looked at this one house north of Main with red tile kitchen the owner still lives there and the white dog wants to attack people?
