Just got done installing a new steering rack.
I tried my best to line up the steering shaft/spline.
I left the tie rod ends loose cause i'll be getting an alignment this week.

I put fluid in it, and started the car and topped it off.
I turn the wheels from center to end/end.

Left turn: 1.5 turns
Right turn: 1.2 turns

now can this be fixed with the tie rod adjustments/alignment?
Or would i need to pull the spline out and reinstall?

Drop the tie rod ends and check turns to lock in both directions. If that's off the rack wasn't installed centered and should be corrected by tweaking the spline.
