Can one legally run the Sunbelts while maintaining OBDII electronics? I know the P-car HFM previously was the choice. Is there, has there been a CCA legal solution to this without going OBDI?

I do have all the OBDI stuff sitting in the garage, just wanted to see if something simpler had evolved.
