Hi! Can anyone help me with finding out what fuse I need to change out, in order to get both 12V outlets working?

I bougt a second hand a few months ago, and relised just now that they dont work. The diagram of the fuses have no icon or writing that I understand would be the 12V outlets...

If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.
