I recently purchased a 1991 E30 M3, during the restoration process i found out that the MAF sensor has been opened and altered, which causing the car not perform as it should be.
I am looking for alternative solution for the MAF other than getting a ney one cuz it costs a kidney or an eye.
any ideas, advice????!!!

www.millerperformance.com has a MAF. The stock one is an AFM i believe. never really worked on an s14 but i think you will pick up some power going MAF.

The problem is that these cars are ultra rare in this part of the world ... its not easy (impossible) to find S14 parts, over here.

I don't know where you are, but you can send away to get a used one to Autobahn in California, united states, and get one for $100 or less. Plus shipping. Their phone number is 1-619-444-2290
