I noticed that recently my car has been pulling to the right a lot, especially at highway speeds. Also, upon inspection of the tires, the fronts seem to be wearing more on the outside. I got an alignment done after I noticed this and it didn't seem to fix it. I even looked at the computer read out they gave me. The shop suggested it might be the cords in my tires?
Any advice on what this might be? Thanks.

Did you try rotating the tires to see if the car still pulls. I think your tires are the same size, front to rear.

Was this a full four wheel alignment with the requisite weights in the car? Assuming a stock suspension alignment to BMW's published specifications w/o the weight will result in an invalid alignment.
Normal tire wear on a BMW is the outside edges of the front tires and the inside edges of the rear tires. So what you observed sounds normal providing the rate of wear isn't excessive.

They are staggered, so front to rear won't work.
The place mentioned they needed the weights to do it so I'm hoping they did. Good to know about the normal wear on these cars.
Thanks for the comments.

i have staggered fitment on my car too and it does the same thing. it does it on my car on the highway cause of the rain guards or whatever it "pulls" to the right every now and they because of the tires

Do a alignment check to see if it is in spec. and also to see if any ball joints or tie rods are bad

To whom are you responding?
OP had an alignment before posting and that didn't correct the perceived problem.

Ah yes, but was the alignment done correctly?

if anything is bent or damage your going to have to replace it. You get very little to none adjustment as far as camber and caster goes on these cars.
