Is the car still available?

Right now I have someone with approved application and waiting for the paperwork. He is coming tomorrow to check the car out. If anything changes I let you know.

The person got approved, and he's coming to see the car tomorrow, if he for some reason dont like it I let you know. (I don't know why he wouldn't like it).
