I'm new to the forum (just bought my Used BMW a few days ago), so be gentle =)

I am not sure if it is possible, because I have impression that the front player is just CD/MP3 player (not DVD). However AV AUX input is possible, so you can play movies from an external DVD player, Zen, Zune, or iPod.

well, I have a DVD drive in the compartment between the two seats. I was wondering if I could put a DVD movie into that and watch it.

As for the duplicates above, I have NO idea why that happened. Earlier I posted like 8 duplicate threads. I'm really sorry guys, I must look like a newb with a virus or a cheap K-Mart keyboard.

You can try, however I doubt that it will work, since this drive is used for navigation disk only.

wow wanna post like 5 more times in a row.... anyway, there is a way to do it, its a mod, i cannot find the thread however, and the piece / software to do it is like 1400 dollars.....
so not worth it in my opinion, thats like half a set of headers to me... :)
