Shifts great and not abused. Came from a 525i commuter car w/ ~200k. This is the same tranny found on the e36 m3 and only on the 92 525i. After that they figured the zf was overkill and reverted to getrag.

I'd like to get a ZF, but considering the miles would you take $400 shipped to 07086?

that depends on how far away you live but that sounds fair if shipping is reasonable.

BTW, shipping for large items like transmission and differential, etc, is cheaper and faster with DHL, so check with them. It's important to make sure the tranny is packed well because the mounting flanges are brittle and i have seen them break off before.

Are there any problems shifting? How are the synchros, does it go easily into gear when you shif or is there a moment of messing with it? Any grinding in any of the gears, especially 5th, and any oil leaks?

I have paypal ready.

Sorry never mind, I think I'm gonna go with a lower mileage one.
