Never been laid down. I am the third owner, the 2nd owner is one of my best friends; we never tracked the bike...and it has been a garage queen.

Registered and inspected in May 2007.
Timing belts, oil, clutch fluid, brake fluid have been changed a couple months ago.

By the way, just FYI...I am 32 and full coverage on this bike from geico with a $500 deductible costs me $450 a year.

Here are some snapshots I took of the bike a couple weeks ago at my work's parking garage. I am going to stop riding it in the meantime and clean it up. will post new pictures ASAP.

Fender eliminator kit puts the signals in the seat vents.
The kit was installed in a way where no original parts were cut/modified.

I like the bike, but I thought the "S"' version had 5 spoke wheels

hah..yeah, i know i'm a noobie rider.

looking in the history section of my haynes manual...it says that the 5 spoke wheels didn't come out on the 748 until 2000.

This is OT....but how do you tell what chicken strips are? How does it mean that you're a noobie rider??

you see that strip of virgin tire that does not have any signs of wear (outer most edge)?
It means I have not leaned the bike that far over in the turns...because i'm too much of a chicken/noob.

But i'm working on it....heh.

i'm getting alot of inquiries about dropping the price, and i may do so at some point in time.

i'm keeping the helmet cause i'm still going to ride.
But i do have a nice jacket that I'm thinking about throwing in.

i'd love to take that thing around the track a few times.....

that sucks. sorry to hear about that. if you end up keeping it, you need to hit a track day on it. if you had ever done a track day, you would be selling your wife and keeping the bike. true story.
