Front control arm bushings are not that hard, check understeer.com for a DIY. The forums have a thread on the trailing arm bushings and you need puller/press thats about $500 according to one of the links. I did the LCAB's in an afternoon with a "press" I built out of some c-channel, angle iron and a bottle jack. I put in 2 piece urethanes from FPC Groton, firm but not harsh in the ride category.
