Can a reasonable home mechanic do the control arm and/or trailing arm bushing replacement? End of the track season and broke, but wanted to put in some new urethane bushings before OFest

Front control arm bushings are not that hard, check understeer.com for a DIY. The forums have a thread on the trailing arm bushings and you need puller/press thats about $500 according to one of the links. I did the LCAB's in an afternoon with a "press" I built out of some c-channel, angle iron and a bottle jack.
